2Print and 2Print mini includes an inline automatic silkscreen module, designed to apply the white flood before digital printing. The module works in parallel with the digital module without decreasing cycle time. It can be run with any type of serigraphic ink to apply the white base. It allows to use thermal inks to prepare discs for thermal printers. Furthermore if a glossy finish is needed the silk screen module can also apply the transparent lacquers for a glossy finish.

All 2Print models can be used as a single color screen printing machine, allowing to achieve an output of 2000 discs per hour for the 2Print and 1000 for the 2Print mini. Another important feature is that it is possible to disable the silk screen module, and print the four or six colors directly on the silver surface of the disc.
