IPrint is a revolutionary, versatile industrial inkjet printer, which prints directly onto the top surface of three dimensional objects such as optical discs, usb cards, usb keys, pens, badges, tiles or larger items up to 150 mm thick the possibilities are endless.

Most inkjet printers are plotters where the printing process is on to continuous rolls, or flat bed printers which print onto sheets. IPrint is unique because it prints onto individual items mounted within a ‘tray’. The tray concept not only allows extremely high accuracy in the alignment of the items to be printed, but also provides a very fast change-over, as the tray is simply exchanged at the end of each print cycle. Printing a full tray in high resolution takes just over half a minute, therefore a full cycle including replacing the tray takes about a minute, as each tray can hold many items production is very high. For example well over 4,000 usb keys per hour.
